This is the first-ever UCOP Operations and IT Client Services (ITCS) Client Satisfaction Survey. The goal of the survey is to establish a baseline for continually assessing the effectiveness of UCOP Operations and ITCS services. We plan to administer this survey annually to assess our progress over time.

Which departments/services will I be asked to evaluate in this survey?

The survey covers some, but not all of the services, processes, and tools offered by UCOP Operations and IT Client Services. You will only be asked to rate the services, processes, and tools that you have used in the past 12 months. Your confidential survey responses will contribute to our efforts to improve service areas, processes, tools, and customer service.

Are my responses confidential?

Yes. Individual responses are confidential. UCOP Operations and IT Client Services will receive reports with aggregate information of survey sections with at least five respondents per section. If you have any further technical questions regarding confidentiality, please contact survey-UCOP-Operations-ITCS@ucop.edu.

How long will the survey take to complete?

Each of the 39 survey sections should take approximately 2-3 minutes to complete. As a reminder, you only need to rate the services, processes, and tools you have used in the last 12 months.

What if I can't finish it all at once?

If you cannot finish the survey all at once, you may return to it later. Just click the FINISH LATER button. Your responses will be saved from where you left off. Be sure to keep your original email with the link to re-enter your survey. Once you hit SUBMIT SURVEY, your survey has been submitted and you cannot return to make any changes.

How will the information be used?

UCOP Operations and ITCS leadership will review the survey results to identify what is going well, and what needs improvement. Areas that need improvement will be prioritized and a plan for making improvements will be developed to address survey feedback.

Yes, we plan to administer the survey annually to measure our progress.

Survey opens on November 15, 2022

Reminder emails will be sent to those that have not completed the survey on November 29 and December 7.

The last day to participate in the online survey is December 9.
