Welcome to the 2022 UCOP Operations and
ITCS Client Satisfaction Survey
UCOP Operations and IT Client Services (ITCS) provide core services and tools that support day-to-day operations for the UC Office of the President and we want to hear how these tools and services are working for you.
UCOP Operations includes services provided by the teams within the of Building and Administrative Service Center (BASC), Business Resource Center (BRC), UCOP Budget and Finance, and UCOP Human Resources departments.
ITCS includes services provided by the teams within Technology Support and Telecommunications.
Please take time to complete the survey to provide honest and candid feedback so we can work together to make improvements. We are committed to maintaining employee confidentiality by having the Tritonlytics team at UC San Diego (a third party) administer, analyze, and report the survey results.
Our survey goal is to establish a baseline for continually assessing the effectiveness of UCOP Operations and IT Client Services (ITCS) services and we plan to administer this survey annually to measure our progress over time. In addition, the Tritonlytics team will support action planning based on survey results.
The higher the response rate, the stronger the results, the better we can support change. Your responses, which are confidential, will contribute to our efforts to improve business processes and customer service.
How It Works
You are requested to rate only the services, processes, and tools that you have used in the past 12 months. Each section should take approximately 2-3 minutes to complete. You can start the survey and finish later before the deadline. The survey will be open from November 15, 2022 through December 7, 2022.
Please send questions to survey-UCOP-Operations-ITCS@ucop.edu
